Dao Governance

DAO Governance • Culture protection • Community voice

If the community is the fuel, the community gets the steering wheel.

“Governance” is not a buzzword here. It’s a safeguard.
Cannabis culture gets exploited when scale arrives. FLF governance is designed to keep the culture in the architecture —
so growth doesn’t turn into extraction.

FLF holders participate in shaping priorities: where stores expand, what operators qualify, what standards protect the brand,
and how outreach and incentives are structured. This turns the community from “customers” into stakeholders.

What can be voted on

📍 Expansion priorities

Which markets get targeted first, how rollout phases are sequenced,
and what “ready” looks like before capital is deployed.

✅ Operator approval & standards

Governance influences operator requirements — discipline, compliance, reporting, culture standards —
so expansion stays aligned.

🎁 Rewards & outreach programs

How incentives are structured, what actions are rewarded, how community campaigns are funded,
and what “real participation” means.

Why governance matters in cannabis

Cannabis is one of the only industries where the community paid the price before legalization —
then got cut out when money arrived. Governance is how we stop that from repeating.
It’s how we prevent the system from being hijacked by short-term extraction.

The point isn’t to turn everyone into a politician.
The point is to make sure the community has protection and influence while the network grows —
so no one wakes up one day and realizes the culture got sold off again.
